To create a campaign that will position Lakshya as a pioneer in Games Process Outsourcing and no. 1 Game Art Creator in India while helping attract talent.

WHAT WE DID?

Our strategic communication road-map continues to position the company as an industry leader and employer of choice through corporate chatter and conversations on gaming art. We use data, surveys and trend spotting to raise the ‘cool’ quotient of being a game art developer with specially crafted pieces on employees.

THE RESULTS

Constant conversations across media and non-media platforms led to an increase in job applications in all areas as well as business queries from across the globe. Lakshya leadership is the de-facto spokesperson for the industry with presence in government mandated forums and advisory bodies Lakshya also received the highest share of voice in industry conversations.The increased visibility led to Lakshya receiving business queries from across the globe.
